He began his academic journey in his native village school and later pursued higher education, earning a Master’s degree in Geography, an M.Ed. in General Education, and an M.Ed. in Special Education with a specialization in Mental Retardation. His commitment to academic excellence led him to clear the UGC NET in Education in 2007, demonstrating his deep understanding of educational theories and practices. His teaching career commenced in October 2007 at SVM College of Education, Meham, where he laid the foundation for his impactful journey in the field of education. Over the years, he has developed a strong passion for inclusive education and has worked extensively to support students with diverse learning needs. Currently, he serves at the State Institute for Rehabilitation, Training & Research (SIRTAR) in Rohtak, Haryana, where he plays a pivotal role in training future educators and improving educational outcomes for students with disabilities. With over 14 years of teaching experience, Mr. Krishan Lal is an advocate for innovative teaching strategies, particularly in special education. His work focuses on bridging the gap between traditional and inclusive education, ensuring that all students, regardless of their abilities, receive quality education.
